How does it work?

You can save with us through a fixed-term account. We repay you in monthly instalments, including interest. The length of the repayment varies between one and two years.

When can I see my profits?

On the 1st of each month, you will receive your monthly payment back into your bank account, inclusive of interest for the entire duration of the contract, which can be one or two years.

Do I need to declare the interest earned with Edm Estates Ltd to HMRC?

My 14-day cooling-off period has expired. Can I request an early closure of my Savings Pot?

You can contact us to request an early closure. You will receive your deposited money back to your bank account, less a 5.35% closure fee, which will be calculated on the remaining balance. This will be processed within 5 working days of your request.

Where do you invest?

We invest in rental properties. Our income is generated from our refurbishment projects, HMOs (House in Multiple Occupation), and holiday lets.

Is there any cooling-off period?

Each plan comes with a 14-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind after purchasing a plan, you can request a refund, less a 2.5% fee arising from your transaction.
