Who are EDM Estates Ltd?
EDM Estates Ltd was launched in Canterbury, by Directors Ettore and Lucy Di Maria in 2024, to procure and manage rental properties in both UK and Italy. We manage serviced accommodation and long-term, residential lettings in both countries. We specialise in purchasing properties that require light to mid refurbishment.
As we grow our portfolio, we refurbish properties before letting them out, to ensure they offer the best standards of accommodation. We have invested heavily in our own training to project manage refurbishments in other UK properties.
Our Goals:

To offer local landlords hands-off lettings management, at four levels of service options;

To provide a highly efficient and person-centred approach for tenants and landlords;

To raise the standards in rental accommodation for tenants.

To offer specialist consultancy and refurbishment project management, through our bespoke Platinum services, aimed to help landlords to uplift their rental(s) to a higher specification and more attractive finish;To ensure our landlords are fully compliant with all required certifications and legislations, including the Renters’ Right Act;

As property investors ourselves, we are also looking to expand our own portfolio, carrying out refurbishments to provide tenants with high-spec accommodations;
